Cover Co-Ordinator & Data Assistant

Grade 4: £26,847 – £30,515p.a. (Full time equivalent) 

Actual salary £23,894 - £27,159p.a.

37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (Term time, plus 5 additional days to be worked during school holidays, to be agreed with your line manager)

Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 3.30pm & Friday 7.30am – 3.00pm

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Cover Co-ordinator & Data Assistant to join our team at Caludon Castle School. We are seeking to appoint an experienced administrator who will have responsibility for the co-ordination and arrangement of cover for absent staff as well as supporting our Data Lead and Examinations Officer.

This is a wonderful opportunity to gain some really valuable experience and to put your strong IT and administrative skills to the test, working closely with a range of stakeholders in a very professional, supportive and friendly environment.

We will be looking for excellent communication, IT and organisational skills, a discrete, professional, flexible, ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to prioritise and make sound decisions. You will be able to quickly establish credibility with a range of stakeholders. Equally important is the will to offer an outstanding customer service to all students and staff.
